MY BACKGROUND

My experience spans communications, wellness, hospitality and creative direction, working across both global brands and independent creative businesses.

Over the years, I’ve worked across marketing, brand storytelling, content and creative development for retreat spaces, artists, wellness practitioners and founders, helping shape brands, experiences and audience connection in a way that feels thoughtful, cohesive and culturally relevant.

My background includes experience at Selfridges, communications consultancy at Weber Shandwick, and leading marketing at Suryalila Retreat Centre, an award-winning retreat centre in southern Spain.

Alongside founding Meala Soul, I also collaborate on creative direction, storytelling and brand development for Mise Tusa, a family-run Irish design brand, alongside supporting a range of independent founders and creative businesses across wellness, design and lifestyle.
