A soft, guided practice to unwind the body and settle the mind. ⋆
A gentle, guided online session designed to help you slow down, unwind, and come back to yourself.
Held on the last Sunday of each month, The Exhale is a space to pause at the end of the month — to let things settle, soften the body, and begin again with more ease.
No pressure to perform. No need for experience.
You can join from your bed, your floor, or wherever feels most comfortable.

How the practice works
By combining movement, breath, and rest, the body is able to slow down and release tension more deeply.
Over time, this can:
support a more relaxed nervous system
help you reconnect with your body
bring you out of your head and into a more grounded state
create space before moving into a new month

FAQs
Do I need to prepare anything?
1
Not much at all.
Just find a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably — your bed or a soft spot on the floor is perfect. You might like to have a blanket, wear something cosy, or light a candle, but nothing is required.
Do I need to have done yoga before?
2
Not at all. This is a very gentle, guided session designed to be accessible to everybody, whether you’ve practiced before or not. It’s suitable for everybody and every body.
What if i fall asleep?
3
That’s completely okay. The body often takes the rest it needs. The guided meditation / yoga nidra can still be received on a deeper level, even if you drift in and out of sleep. While you might try to stay gently aware, if you do fall asleep, you can consider yourself truly relaxed.
How might I feel afterwards?
4
Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel more relaxed, settled, or a little lighter. Sometimes, when we finally slow down, things we’ve been holding can begin to surface — this is a natural way for the body to process and gently release. There’s no right or wrong way to feel — just an opportunity to check in with yourself.
How to join?

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email 24 hours before with your access link. The session is held live via Google Meet. You’ll also receive a playlist and a few gentle journal prompts to move through in your own time. As you will be guided by my voice you can dial in on your mobile, tablet or laptop - whatever suits you best. If you have a second device it can be nice to play the playlist softly, but this is totally optional.
