A gentle, guided practice to slow down, soften the body, and come back to yourself

Held on the last Sunday evening of each month, The Exhale is a space to pause at the end of the month — to let things settle, soften the body, and begin again with more ease.

No pressure to perform. No need for experience.
You can join from your bed, your floor, or wherever feels most comfortable.

What to expect

  • gentle, floor-based stretching

  • guided breathwork

  • meditation & stillness

  • deep rest & Yoga Nidra

  • time for reflection & journalling

Each Exhale is a little different, shaped around a different theme, intention or quality. Alongside gentle stretching, breathwork and rest, we might explore self-massage, acupressure, mindful movement or other simple practices for working with the body.

Think of it as a collection of tools for softening, regulating, restoring and reconnecting — with space to discover what feels good for you

“If you’re looking to relax and truly reconnect with yourself amidst the chaos of everyday life, Bridget is your girl. She’s an absolute professional at guiding you into deep relaxation and helping your body reset, all with the calmest vibe and the clearest explanations for every exercise. I couldn’t recommend her classes enough!”

The practice

  • Interior of a yoga or meditation studio with a semi-dome ceiling and large windows with white curtains. A colorful mural of a goddess and abstract patterns is on the back wall. Yoga mats with purple bolsters are arranged in a circle on the floor, with a woman sitting cross-legged in the background, surrounded by various yoga props and decorative items.

    Land

Arrive in the body through gentle movement and stretching, letting the pace of the day begin to settle.

  • Soften

Work with the breath, yin and restorative shapes to release tension, create space, and gently turn inward.

  • A graphic illustration of a shooting star with red stripes on a beige background, flying against a black background.

    Restore

Slow right down through meditation, Yoga Nidra and deep rest, allowing the body and nervous system to settle.

How the practice works

By combining movement, breath, and rest, the body is able to slow down and release tension more deeply.

Over time, this practice can help you:

  • reconnect with your body

  • cultivate a greater sense of ease

  • create space between doing and simply being

  • mark the transition from one month to the next

I’m ready to release, relax, and restore…

FAQs

Do I need to prepare anything?

1

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can settle in — your bed or a soft spot on the floor is perfect. Gather a blanket or cushions, put on something cosy, or light a candle — whatever helps you create a little space to slow down.

Bring a journal and pen. Towards the end of the practice, we'll take a few quiet moments to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Do I need to have done yoga before?

2

Not at all. This is a very gentle, guided session designed to be accessible to everybody, whether you’ve practiced before or not. It’s suitable for everybody and every body.

What if i fall asleep?

That’s completely okay. The body often takes the rest it needs. The guided meditation / yoga nidra can still be received on a deeper level, even if you drift in and out of sleep. While you might try to stay gently aware, if you do fall asleep, you can consider yourself truly relaxed.

How might I feel afterwards?

4

Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel more relaxed, settled, or a little lighter. Sometimes, when we finally slow down, things we’ve been holding can begin to surface — this is a natural way for the body to process and gently release. There’s no right or wrong way to feel — just an opportunity to check in with yourself.
