“Meala” means honey in Irish. The name reflects the intention behind this work: creating experiences that feel rich, warm and deeply nourishing — a sweetness for the soul

Meala Soul creates experiences for expansive and wholehearted living — where movement, breathwork, creativity, exploration and reflection come together to support deeper connection with ourselves and each other, cultivating embodied confidence, inner steadiness and personal power.

Honey for the Heart.

My work explores the connection between movement, reflection and personal growth. Through yoga, breathwork and guided practices, I create experiences that invite people to soften, reconnect with themselves and expand into new possibilities.

Alongside my work in wellbeing, I work as a social impact consultant, supporting organisations working across global health, human rights and social change. This work has deepened my belief in the importance of collective care, and the role that tending to our inner lives plays in how we show up in the world.

I’ve always been drawn to exploring, learning and seeing the beauty of the world, both through travel and through creative and reflective practices. Growing up with a visible difference also shaped my interest in confidence, identity and self-acceptance, and in the practices that help us feel more at home in ourselves.

Meala Soul grew from this intersection of movement, curiosity, creativity and care — creating experiences where people can soften, grow in confidence and live more wholeheartedly.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

―Maya Angelou

The work of Meala Soul weaves together several practices that support both grounding and growth:

• Yoga and mindful movement
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
• Meditation and reflective practices
• Creativity, conversation and shared experience

Together these elements create spaces that are both nourishing and empowering — gentle, but with depth

I’m so grateful to collaborate with my mom, Meritta—founder and designer of Mise Tusa—on creative projects that blend our shared love for wellness, creativity, and connection.
