SLOW sundays

AT THE MINISTRY, BOROUGH

A curated Sunday afternoon for movement, stillness and connection.

Designed as more than just a yoga class, Slow Sundays is a space to slow down, reconnect and linger. Begin with a warming cup of ceremonial cacao before moving through an uplifting yang flow, gradually softening into nourishing yin, gentle acupressure and self-massage.

Afterwards, stay for coffee, conversation and an unhurried Sunday afternoon with a welcoming community.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, the class is designed to be accessible and welcoming. Come on your own, bring a friend or meet like-minded people over coffee afterwards.

A woman with curly hair wearing a beige tank top and black pants stands barefoot in a doorway, smiling and raising one hand, inside a room with a greenhouse and plants visible outside.

Hosted by Bridget & Ava

A woman with long blonde hair standing in a doorway, stretching her arms above her head. She is wearing a dark crop top and maroon wide-leg pants, smiling at the camera. The door is open to an outdoor space with a brick wall and greenery visible in the background.
A woman sitting cross-legged on a cushion with her hands in prayer position, practicing yoga or meditation near a window with garden view.

Bridget is the founder of Meala Soul, a wellness brand built around the idea that feeling good should be accessible, genuine, and a little less serious. With six years of teaching experience across vinyasa, yin, restorative, and yoga nidra, she's led retreats and private group experiences across Europe. Ava brings three years of yoga teacher training experience and a background in fitness and strength training that makes her vinyasa classes genuinely energising.

Together they make a natural yin and yang duo — Ava will lead you through the dynamic flow to open, and Bridget will guide you into the slower yin stretching and meditation to close. Expect to feel moved, then deeply settled.
